As well, we import pure Guernsey Milk Cheddar from the Highlands of Scotland...it's called "Drumloch"...it's natural golden colour is derived from the rich Guernsey Milk - it's fully matured and beautifully presented in drum-style and half moon shapes. Coated in a rich green wax and tied up with a tartan ribbon, it deserves a special place in your cheese counter.

From Scotland, too, comes "Inverloch"... pure Goatsmilk Cheddar with a unique taste not unlike Romano...in wheels, half wheels, and half moons - pure white cheese wrapped in ruby red wax (eye appeal galore), and wonderful value.
